The General Manager is a full time, at-will employee directly hired by the Board of Trustees. The General Manager is responsible for the implementation of policies and directives of Board of Trustees and is responsible for administering and supervising the day-to-day activities, finances, personnel, administration, support and other duties and responsibilities of the District. The General Manager applies the provisions of the Health & Safety Code as it relates to public cemetery districts, serves as Executive Officer to the Board of Trustees, prepares strategic plans, monitors and controls revenues and expenditures, directs the work of consultants and contractors as required.
